Antique Iron and wood horse shaped food chopper.
The iron slab has been cut with a horse silouette, The superior and inferior edges have been slightly grinded, while the curved lower side has been sharpened for cutting. The horse’s head shows an ‘eye’ used to hang the tool to a nail hammered into the wall. Two fruitwood plates riveted in iron complete the handle. One side is engraved P D and the other N A. England, circa 1890.
