Walking stick: jeweled walking stick with a gold milord knob and faceted garnet stones, depicting clovers. engraved with a dedication Noèl, a date 1910 and a noble coat of arms of the Calvi di Bergolo, a family of the minor Savoy nobility who were related to the king of Italy Vittorio Emanuele III. Ebony wood shaft. Metal ferrule. Signed Antoine Bricteux, Parisian jeweler, known for his Art Nouveau designs and enamels, often compared to René Lalique. He collaborated with the designer G. Landois. One of his gold buckles is in the collection of the British Museum, another in the volume by Henri Vever, French Jewels of the 19th century. Paris, France 1901.
