Art Nouveau walking stick: gilded silver knob in the shape of a milord depicting flowers in relief with cabochon opal stones and diamont-cut yellow sapphires. Ebony wood shaft. Metal ferrule. Signed Henri-Victor Miault (1881-1960). A carver and sculptor, Miault created beautiful jewelry and objets d’art in the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods, drawing inspiration from the natural world. He exhibited in the salons of Paris (The Paris Salons) from 1985 to 1914. Paris, France circa 1900.
