Large majolica Albarello with a flared central body with curvatures at shoulder height, wide distinct foot (8,75’’), flared and moulded. Wide mouth, strongly projecting harpy-shaped handles with lower attachment with drape and tassels. On the central area there is a ribbon scroll with curled ends with the pharmaceutical writing ‘Mustarda Fina di Cedro’. On the curvature the initials A F Z surmounted by a cross. The cartouche is completed by phytomorphic scrolls. Light brown dough formed on the wheel with subsequent application of the handles. Whitish, glossy enamel, applied on the entire surface except the support of the foot. High-fire decoration, with a brush, in blue. Emilia Romagna, Italy, first half of the 18th century.
