Victorian earrings in gold and coral. A smooth shank gold hook supports a connecting ring, to which the pendant is connected. Supported by a double chiselled gold leaf motif, the pendant is cut and engraved in Sciacca (Sicily) coral , forming an oblong drop. Two leaves descend to the sides to embrace a central palmette motif that surmounts a youthful face with wavy hair. Below, three leaves collect everything ending in a button motif. England, circa 1880.
